About Me:
As a National Certified Counselor, I hold licensure in Florida (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), as well as licensure in Colorado (Licensed Professional Counselor). I have over 15 years of clinical experience.
I began my career working with terminally ill clients in hospice care. I completed home visits sitting bedside with clients and families, as well as helped facilitate bereavement camps for children. I completed many trainings for grief/loss therapy and this became a passion of mine. I then continued my career working for Community Mental Health assisting individuals from various backgrounds and with a broad range on mental health concerns. Since then, I have made my way to private practice where I can specialize my skills.
I often treat clients with concerns such as traumatic experiences, chronic pain, low self-esteem, death and loss, and attachment or relationship issues.

A little more to know about me…
I truly love what I do and I’m very grateful for the clients I have worked with. Their struggles and determination inspire me and remind me of the common humanity we all share. I also make time to support my own mental health. I do this by practicing meditation, being in nature, hiking, pottery classes, paddle boarding, yoga, reading, seeing my own counselor (yes we all need it!) and spending time with loved ones and pets.
