I request that all clients have a free 20-minute phone consultation so that you may get a sense if we are a good match. I will also help you determine if online counseling is appropriate for your needs. Please see link below to schedule.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour notification requirement for cancellation/rescheduling. The late cancellation fee is $50.
Insurance
In Network:
I accept United Healthcare commercial plans.
Please note: not all plans with UHC are accepted, please email for more information.
Out of Network:
If you have out-of-network benefits you can pay up front for services and submit a form for reimbursement to your health insurance company. Please verify with your insurance provider about your OON benefits prior to contacting therapist.
Rates
Self-pay rate:
$165 for initial intake session
$140 per 60-minute session
$40 per group session
These are for regular standing appointments and fee is collected after each session.
ESA Letter
Evaluation for one-time letter is $125, for regular clients it is $62.50.
Payment
Payment method is stored securely online and is collected electronically upon date of service.
